Since joining Sacks Law Group in May 2000, Nina has handled all aspects of real estate transactions, including development, financing, leasing, acquisitions and sales. She has significant experience in title, survey, environmental matters and other real estate due diligence. Nina has also assisted clients of the firm in successfully obtaining commercial tax and energy incentives from the City of New York. Nina began her legal career at Rosenman & Colin (now Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP). She has also worked at the New York law firms of Feit & Ahrens and Kaplan, Thomashower & Landau LLP. Nina is a graduate of Harvard College (B.A. 1978) and New York University Law School (J.D. 1984).
