Annmarie has represented clients of our firm in many commercial real estate acquisitions, including individual shopping centers as well as portfolio transactions. Her particular experience is in title and survey due diligence and in handling closings. Annmarie brings her prior litigation experience to be bear in representing landlord/owner clients of the firm in disputes with tenants. Prior to joining Sacks Law Group in March 2006, Annmarie practiced real estate law at the New York law firm of Richman and Fingerhut, P.C., where she represented cooperative Boards of Directors, condominium Boards of Managers, owners and tenants with regard to real estate disputes and purchases and sales of co-ops and real property. Annmarie is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.A. 1997) and New York Law School (J.D. 2000). Annmarie is fluent in Italian.
